The 4th Trimester Weekly Gathering

What is the 4th Trimester?  The transition from maiden to mother.  From once pregnant, to caring for a newborn, or a newborn and your toddler!  This time is precious.  It can be hard, beautiful and is a wonderful time to CONNECT with other mamas, doing exactly what you are doing.

Bring food if you want to eat.  Come when you want.  Leave when you want.  This is an open time for you to do whatever you want, chat, eat, laugh, cry, do some yoga, hold a birth circle and share your stories!
